Official Nomination Form
To be considered, proposed nominees must meet the following criteria;
- All nominees must have reached their 50th birthday to be eligible for consideration
- All nominees must have brought recognition to British Columbia through excellence in golf championship play and exemplary conduct
- All nominees must have been a resident of British Columbia during the major period of their accomplishments
Player nominees
- Amateur golfer: one whose accomplishments were as an amateur golfer as defined by Golf Canada
- Professional golfer: one whose accomplishments were as a professional golfer as defined by Golf Canada
Team nominees
- Must have represented BC when the win was acclaimed
- Must be composed of BC residents at the time of winning
- Must have won a national championship representing BC, or an international championship representing Canada
- Must be composed of two or more players
